1. . Basis of Commission

    Commissions and bonuses are calculated strictly on:

    • The sale of genuine company-approved products and services.

    • The business volume (BV) generated through self and team purchases.

    • The performance and growth achieved by the Associate’s downline network.

    There is no fixed salary or guaranteed income under this model. Earnings are entirely performance-based and depend on individual effort.

    2. Eligibility for Commission

    • Only Active Associates with valid KYC and bank details are eligible to receive commissions.

    • Associates must maintain their minimum monthly repurchase as per company policy.

    • Any associate found inactive for 180 consecutive days will have their ID marked as “Non-Active” and commission eligibility suspended.

    3. Commission Calculation & Distribution

    • Commissions are calculated as per the approved Business Plan (Dual Growth Bonus, Referral Income, Level Income, Consumption Bonus, etc.).

    • Payouts are processed on a weekly or monthly basis, depending on the income type.

    • All commissions are transferred directly to the Associate’s registered bank account via secure banking channels.

    4. Deductions & Taxes

    • TDS (Tax Deducted at Source) will be applied as per the provisions of the Income Tax Act, 1961.

    • Applicable administrative charges, wallet transfer fees, or transaction fees (if any) will be deducted as per company policy.

    5. Withholding & Disqualification

    The Company reserves the right to withhold or cancel commissions in the following cases:

    • Violation of company policies or Code of Conduct.

    • False representation or misleading claims.

    • Fraudulent activity, misuse of the system, or manipulation of data.

    • Incomplete or invalid KYC/bank details.

    6. Commission Review & Dispute Resolution

    • Any commission-related query must be raised within 15 working days of payout.

    • After verification, the company’s decision shall be considered final and binding.

    • All disputes shall be governed by the jurisdiction of New Delhi, India.
